Boots Hearingcare is part of the Sonova family. Together, we’re driven by a shared vision: a world where everyone can enjoy the delight of hearing. We combine personalised audiological care—comprehensive assessments, expert fittings, and dedicated aftercare—with cutting-edge hearing technology, from hearing aids to cochlear implants.

Backed by Sonova’s decades of industry-leading innovation, we’re proud to improve hearing health, strengthen human connection, and help more people engage fully with the world around them.

Join us in creating a more connected world, where every voice is heard and every story matters.

If you’re an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist who values clinical autonomy, commercial impact, and access to the latest hearing technology- but want a role that genuinely elevates your day-to-day, this could be your next step.

This is an opportunity to own a high performing, established clinic, supported by a strong and loyal customer base, with the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova behind you.

No firefighting. No compromises. Just the space, tools, and backing to do your best work.

The clinic environment

You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

  • Access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations
  • Advanced diagnostic assessments
  • Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations
  • Strong operational and admin support

Everything is built around enabling you to deliver consistent, high-quality hearing care.

The role

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

  • Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
  • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
  • Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
  • Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
  • Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

We’re investing in the next generation of clinical leaders.

This role offers clear progression into:

  • Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
  • Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians
  • Multi-site or regional opportunities as our network continues to grow

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Ongoing CPD and clinical development
  • Exposure to new technology and innovation through Sonova
  • The opportunity to shape how hearing care is delivered across our clinics

What’s in it for you

  • Car allowance: £5,064 per annum
  • Monthly bonus scheme
  • 25–30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Boots Discount Card
  • Free hearing aids (if required as an employee)
  • Free flu vaccination (discounted for family members)
  • Flexible Benefits Box – tailor your package
  • Telus wellbeing support – confidential support inside and outside work
  • Long service awards recognising your contribution

What we’re looking for

  • BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
  • HCPC registration
  • 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience
  • Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
  • Commercial awareness with a customer‑focused mindset
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
