Job summary

iO Associates is working with a HealthTech company to hire a capable, self-driven mid-to-senior Software Engineer to help build and evolve healthcare technology products across clinical workflows.

You will own features end-to-end from idea to production, work with AI-driven solutions and LLMs, and contribute across existing products while shaping a growing portfolio of healthcare software.

Qualifications

• Strong cloud engineering experience, particularly with AWS.
• Comfortable with compute, networking, storage, databases, queues, IAM and observability.
• A genuine DevOps mindset: you build it, test it, ship it and own it.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers and deployment automation.
• Mid-to-senior level engineering experience with quick productivity and minimal hand-holding.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs; understanding of prompt design and AI workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from initial idea through production and operation.
• Collaborate across established clinical communications products and AI-driven solutions.
