Experienced in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across acute, community, mental health, and integrated care environments, delivering strategic programmes from concept through to successful implementation and operational adoption.

A trusted delivery leader with extensive experience managing enterprise-wide clinical systems, Electronic Patient Records (EPR/EMR), Patient Administration Systems (PAS), PACS, RIS, LIMS, pharmacy, maternity, emergency care, critical care, theatre management, and other specialist clinical applications. Skilled at integrating complex healthcare technologies to create connected, data-driven healthcare organisations.

Recognised for delivering major systems integration programmes, interoperability solutions, and new digital hospital initiatives using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, APIs, interface engines, and cloud technologies, ensuring seamless, secure, and resilient information exchange across clinical and operational systems.
