Job summary

TalentHawk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) transformation programme in a long-term contracting role. You will own a key workstream, drive delivery across cross-functional teams, and maintain momentum with client stakeholders and delivery partners.

Experience with Oracle Health Insurance is advantageous but not essential; healthcare or health insurance transformation backgrounds are highly valued.

The Opportunity

We\'re supporting a leading healthcare organisation on a large-scale Oracle Health Insurance (OHI) transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a long-term contract.

Reporting into the Programme Lead, you\'ll take ownership of a key workstream, driving delivery, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring momentum is maintained across the programme. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role where relationship management and proactive delivery are just as important as technical project management experience.

While experience with Oracle Health Insurance is advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates with a strong background in healthcare or health insurance transformation will be considered.

Working Pattern

• Occasional travel for workshops (up to three days when required)
