Job summary
Mayden, a Bath-based health tech company, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to bridge technology, project delivery and commercial success. You will lead planning, configuration and deployment to deliver customer-specific solutions, acting as the main onboarding contact and removing roadblocks to successful go-live.

Responsibilities
- Drive End-to-End Delivery: plan, scope, configure and deploy tailored solutions.
- Own Technical & Problem-Solving: onboarding contact, troubleshoot and remove roadblocks to go-live.
- Bridge Delivery and Growth: align deployments with commercial goals and identify value opportunities.
- Ensure Seamless Onboarding: coordinate with Training and Support for smooth handover.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: feed customer insights back to Product teams.
