You will manage rota inboxes, coordinate shift cover, and maintain accurate workforce records in a busy, 24/7 healthcare environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with care.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage rota and shift coverage efficiently.
• Excellent communication with staff via phone and email.
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rota team inbox and respond to staff enquiries.
• Speak with colleagues by phone and email to resolve rota queries.
• Help fill shifts and support service coverage across operational teams.
• Update the workforce systems with accurate information.
• Record sickness, annual leave, and other absences.
• Work closely with Rota Team Lead and Resource Coordinators.
