Job description

This is an opportunity for a Senior Fire Risk Assessor to develop into fire engineering, external walls surveys, and type 4 fire risk assessments.

Please note that this work is optional, and our client also offers complex Fire Risk Assessments.

Salary depends on experience, ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, with an excellent 12% pension, healthcare benefits, extensive CPD, and a paid RICS External Wall Course.

You will manage your own diary and clients. The role is home-based in London, with occasional site visits and client meetings.

You will work on a diverse range of fire consultancy services in residential and commercial sectors, including:

1. Specialist site inspections
2. Validating fire risk assessments
3. Specialist fire reviews
4. Preparing fire strategies
5. Developing technical responses for major clients
6. Fire risk safety solutions

Ideally, as a competent Fire Risk Assessor, you will have experience with type 4 fire risk assessments. However, our client is interested in all applicants with the right credentials.
