Join to apply for the Senior Fire Risk Assessor role at CarParking.info Pty Limited.

This is an opportunity for a Senior Fire Risk Assessor to develop expertise in fire engineering, external walls surveys, and type 4 fire risk assessments. Please note that this work is optional, and our client also offers complex Fire Risk Assessments.

Salary ranges from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, with excellent benefits including a 12% pension, healthcare, extensive CPD, and a paid RICS External Wall Course.

You will manage your own diary and clients in a home-based role in London, with occasional site visits and client meetings.

You will work on a variety of fire consultancy services in residential and commercial sectors, including site inspections, validating fire risk assessments, fire reviews, fire strategies, and developing technical responses for major clients.

Ideally, candidates will have experience delivering type 4 fire risk assessments, but our client is open to all qualified applicants.
