Scottish Nursing Guild, part of Acacium Group, is hiring a Placement Coordinator to manage nurses and healthcare assistants for client shifts. You will respond to queries, manage bookings and build strong relationships to support growth while delivering excellent customer experience.

The role operates in a hybrid Belfast office, with shift patterns Mon-Sun 07:00-22:00. The package includes £24,784 per year plus 20% uplift for unsociable hours and a quarterly bonus, with company-funded benefits
