Job summary

Thornbury Nursing Services in Bristol is seeking a Placement Coordinator to manage and book nurses and healthcare professionals into client shifts, delivering excellent service for both clients and workers. You will build strong relationships and respond to queries while coordinating bookings to support business growth.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, drive service improvements, and achieve team KPIs through the use of digital tools and proactive communication.

£24,784.50 per annum + 20% uplift on unsociable hours

We are hiring a Placement Coordinator to join Thornbury Nursing Services, one of the UK's leading providers of specialist nursing and healthcare staffing solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and booking nurses and healthcare professionals into client shifts, ensuring excellent service delivery for both clients and healthcare workers. You'll build strong relationships, respond to queries, manage bookings, and play a key role in supporting business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
