Job summary

Fife College in Dunfermline is seeking a motivated Healthcare Work Placement Coordinator to develop and maintain high-quality healthcare placement opportunities for our Next Generation HNC Healthcare programme. You will partner with the Curriculum Manager and Healthcare Technician to deliver meaningful industry experience and support learners’ qualifications.

You will act as the main contact for learner placements, building relationships with NHS partners, employers and community organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare practice, learner assessment and employer engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities with high quality and compliance.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Fife.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare work placements for learners and liaise with NHS partners, employers and community organisations.
• Monitor learner progress and conduct workplace assessments to support achievement of clinical skills outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and quality assurance processes.
