Bupa is seeking a Technical Lead to join our Health Services Technology team in the UK. You’ll provide technical leadership for clinical and operational product delivery, shaping architecture and governance while collaborating with clinicians, product managers and technology colleagues across sites.

In this hybrid role (Manchester, London or Staines) you’ll lead a team of engineers, translate patient needs into delivery plans and ensure safe, reliable systems that support continuity of care.

• Define governance and engineering standards for platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide clear technical leadership across clinical and operational systems
• Build and lead a team of engineers and technical specialists
• Translate clinical and operational needs into actionable delivery plans
• Enable evidence-based decisions by articulating patient safety, clinical risk, information governance, security and operational impacts
• Build strong relationships with clinicians and technology teams to protect continuity of care
• Coach and develop your team to improve clinical systems capability and reduce risk
• Work with Product Owners to ensure technically sound solutions aligned to long-term outcomes
• Lead delivery and optimization of clinically critical platforms and workflows
• Provide hands-on technical leadership coordinating SMEs and suppliers across projects
• Own end-to-end interoperability and integration delivery including HL7 v2, FHIR, DICOM and SNOMED CT
