Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Healthcare Development Manager to drive initiatives across healthcare pathways, patient experience and outcomes. You will lead cross-functional projects, partner with internal teams and external partners, and use data to shape decisions.

The role is hybrid, based at Manchester or Staines, with 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £46,400 DOE Plus benefits. We offer flexible working and a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Driving continuous improvement and ensuring new processes are successfully embedded.
• Managing project plans, milestones, risks and key performance indicators.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Supporting governance activities and presenting updates to leadership teams.
