Sodexo Ltd is seeking a proactive Planning/Scheduler for Manchester Central Hospital to manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate PPMs, and report on performance. You will work closely with NHS stakeholders to ensure compliance and high-quality service in a busy healthcare environment.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, patient-centered approach. Full-time hours with a supportive team and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem solving with a logical approach.
• Organised and customer-focused administrator with planning experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules through the CAFM system and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance against targets and support contract compliance.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Act as a point of contact for Trust staff, delivering excellent service and managing requests efficiently.
• Maintain and develop the CAFM system with accurate asset and maintenance records.
