Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly organised Scheduler & Planner on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract at 310 Broadway, Salford. You will schedule PPM and reactive works, coordinate with Site Delivery Teams, Engineers and Third Party Suppliers to stay aligned with service levels and provide professional customer support.

Essential: 2 years in a customer service role, experience with CMMS/CAFM (ideally Maximo), and basic SAP PO handling. This role is based in Salford with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• >> 2+ years in customer service or call-centre settings.
• > Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• > Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMMS/CAFM systems (Maximo).
• > Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule reactive and planned maintenance with Site Delivery Teams, Engineers and third-party suppliers.
• Manage and track work orders from creation to completion.
• Provide first-point-of-contact for customers and vendors via phone and email.
• Accurately record service requests and capture necessary information.
• Use CMMS/CAFM systems (Maximo) and SAP for POs and scheduling.
• Maintain data accuracy and adhere to safety and quality standards.
