Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record delivering medium to large building projects to budget and programme. You will work through Preconstruction before moving to site, leading with a strong H&S ethos.

You will own project finances, deliver monthly CVRs, chair client meetings, and report progress to the Contracts Manager while coordinating with a UK main contractor across sectors, with a healthcare focus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering medium to large building projects to budget and programme.
• Experience with a UK main contractor across multiple sectors, ideally healthcare.
• Strong H&S ethos and able to lead from the front.
• Experience managing project finances, CVRs, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear project management structure and assign responsibilities.
• Procure materials, plant and sub-contractors to meet targets and ensure quality.
• Manage information flow from designers and BIM; provide management information.
• Lead project planning to ensure activities move according to schedule; monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with HS&E legislation and review incidents.
• Communicate with contractors and resolve major issues.
• Liaise with client and end users; report progress to Contracts Manager.
• Manage project budgets and internal controls.
