Job summary

VINCI Building UK is looking to recruit a Project Manager with a proven track record delivering medium to large building projects to budget and programme. You will work through pre-construction before moving to site, leading from the front with a strong H&S ethos.Take full ownership of project finances, produce monthly CVRs, chair client meetings, and report progress to the Contracts Manager, collaborating with the commercial team to ensure risks and opportunities are clearly communicated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear management structure.
• Assign responsibilities and manage resources.
• Develop individuals through coaching and training.
• Lead from the front to ensure high H&S standards.
• Produce monthly CVRs and report progress to Contracts Manager.
• Chair client meetings and communicate with contractors.
• Procure materials, plant and sub-contractors to meet targets.
• Ensure works comply with HS&E legislation and site safety plans.
• Review project plans and monitor progress with status meetings.
• Identify potential disputes and mitigation actions.
