Job summary

VINCI Building is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for the Midlands region to deliver medium to large building projects to budget and programme. You will progress from Preconstruction to site, leading a high-performing team with a strong delivery background and a focus on H&S and quality.

You will coordinate with the commercial team, chair client meetings, and report progress to the Contracts Manager, ensuring effective information flow and timely decision making.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Project Manager with strong delivery background and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work effectively within a high performing team and contribute to project success.
• Strong H&S ethos and ability to lead from the front in health, safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear management structure and assign responsibilities.
• Produce monthly CVRs and chair client meetings; report progress to Contracts Manager.
• Ensure materials, plant and subcontractors are procured to meet targets and budgets.
• Review Health & Safety and investigate incidents, providing summaries and recommendations.
• Develop overall project strategy, plans and ensure activities progress to schedule.
• Manage project information and ensure dissemination to relevant parties.
