• 8+ years in a Design Manager role for a Tier 1 Contractor in the UK.
• Degree in a construction-related subject.
• Chartered membership MCIOB, MICE or equivalent.
• Experience working on healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management across tender and post-contract stages.
• Ensure design consultants comply with appointments and standards.
• Develop design programmes, scopes, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Chair design workshops and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
