Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our North East Business Unit. You will oversee on-site operations, manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring delivery is safe, on time and within financial targets.

With a proven track record in the UK market, you will develop day-to-day site plans, monitor progress, control costs and uphold the company’s quality and safety standards across Healthcare, high-rise Residential and other schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Manager with a UK Main Contractor.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control site operations to deliver safe, on-time and on-budget completion.
• Coordinate access, segregation and site safety with subcontractors and teams.
• Verify risk assessments, method statements and activity plans before work starts; monitor implementation.
• Manage day-to-day site plan from project programme and maintain records.
