Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver medium to large building projects from preconstruction through site handover. You will lead with a strong HSE ethos, drawing on a track record with UK main contractors across diverse sectors, with a principal focus on healthcare.

You will own project finances, work closely with the commercial team, produce monthly CVRs and chair client meetings while reporting progress to the Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium to large building projects.
• Strong HS&E ethos and leadership at site level.
• Background with a UK main contractor across healthcare or similar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear management structure and assign responsibilities.
• Produce and monitor information, schedules and CVRs; chair client meetings.
• Procure materials, plant and sub-contractors to meet targets and budget.
• Ensure works comply with HS&E legislation and site plans; review incidents and improvements.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and manage project risks and disputes.
• Monitor progress; develop overall project strategy and liaise with client/end users.
