Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver medium to large building projects from Preconstruction through to site, ensuring budget and programme adherence. You will lead from the front, championing high standards of H&S and quality across the project.

You will take ownership of project finances, produce monthly CVRs, and report progress to the Contracts Manager while coordinating with the commercial team and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering medium to large building projects.
• Ability to lead from Preconstruction to site.
• Strong H&S ethos and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear management structure and allocate responsibilities across teams.
• Procure materials, plant and sub-contractors to meet targets and ensure quality.
• Produce monthly CVRs and report progress to the Contracts Manager.
• Liaise with client and end users; coordinate with design managers and site teams.
