You will coordinate with architects, subcontractors and clients, manage budgets, drive safety compliance, and enhance systems efficiency during construction.

Applicants should bring 8+ years in UK construction with at least 5 years in project management and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction in the UK, with >=5 years in a project management role handling MEP subcontracts.
• Proven experience on large Healthcare projects (£10m+ packages).
• Strong leadership with focus on client satisfaction, innovation and team development.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and review installation plans to meet client requirements.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installation, testing and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with VINCI Building standards, regulations and safety codes.
• Lead teams, supervise subcontractors and manage budgets.
