Job summary

HRString is seeking care support workers to join our domiciliary care team in the UK. The role involves assisting service users with personal care, monitoring health needs and coordinating with nurses and therapists.

We welcome prior care experience and provide training. Candidates must be located in the UK with valid right to work. The position emphasizes dignity, confidentiality and compassionate service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
