Job summary

HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider in the UK, seeking care support workers to join the team. You will assist service users with personal care, daily living activities and meal preparation while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

Essential: valid right to work in the UK. Previous care experience is welcomed, and training will be provided to support professional development and safeguarding practices.

• Provide health-related tasks under supervision, including monitoring basic needs.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
