Job summary

HRString is recruiting for care support workers in the UK. You will assist with daily living tasks, monitor wellbeing and report changes to supervisors. Prior care experience is welcomed, but training will be provided.

You must be located in the UK with valid right to work. Personal care, empathy and clear communication are essential. This role involves dignity, confidentiality and supporting service users in their homes.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
