• Theatre booking and administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong IT skills with Office and Outlook; advanced typing/word processing qualifications.
• Good general education and ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

• Provide a comprehensive theatre and admissions booking service.
• Organise workload and support across sites within University Hospitals Tees.
• Communicate effectively with teams and patients to ensure timely service.
