David Lloyd Wimbledon is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead health, safety and compliance across the club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth operation and strict regulatory adherence while coordinating a team and self-employed contractors.

You will train staff to company standards, maintain safe facilities, and drive a culture of belonging where colleagues can thrive. The role suits a proactive leader passionate about customer service and facility safety.

Qualifikationen

• IOSH/NEBOSH or other recognised H&S qualification.
• Facilities Management qualification (HND, Diploma etc).
• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations.
• Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
• Experience in managing a team in a service-led facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).

About you:

• As Health and Safety Manager, we are looking for someone who:Has an IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification
• Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc)
• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations
