• Degree in Health & Safety or NEBOSH Diploma (minimum), or working towards completion.
• Proven experience managing health & safety in a wholesale, retail, or multi-site environment.
• Track record of managing systems to OHSAS 18001 standards (or equivalent).

• Design, implement, and maintain the Occupational Health & Safety Management System in line with legislation.
• Champion health & safety best practice across all sites.
• Manage accident and incident reporting, ensuring thorough investigations.
