HS2 Ltd. seeks a Health and Safety Compliance Auditor within the Midlands region for Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You will ensure compliance with H&S legislation, ISO standards and internal policies, leading audits, investigations, and CAPAs across BBV and subcontractors.

The role requires a minimum of three years' experience, NEBOSH certification (or working towards), and strong data analytics to support continuous improvements. Flexible working options and strong IT skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' recent experience in a similar role.
• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or working towards).
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification.
• Data Protection knowledge.
• Strong HSE data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, ISO standards and internal SHE policies.
• Lead incident management, investigations, trend analysis and CAPA tracking.
• Maintain governance and assurance with inspections, audits, drills, and record-keeping.
• Own Health & Safety data, reporting, and analytics for decision-making.
• Coordinate inductions, H&S training, committee meetings and legislative updates.
• Engage with managers and staff to foster a proactive safety culture.
