Balfour Beatty VINCI is seeking a Health, Safety & Welfare Compliance Auditor based at Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You will plan and conduct audits across ISO 45001 and IMS, engaging with project teams to verify conformity and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires practical auditing expertise, strong communication and attention to detail. Reporting to the Health & Safety Compliance Manager, you will produce professional reports, track corrective actions and share learning during SHWeLT

Formación

• Experience conducting internal, supplier, compliance or management system audits.
• Understanding of ISO 45001 management system requirements.
• Knowledge of audit planning, evidence gathering, sampling and reporting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct ISO 45001 and IMS audits per the approved programme.
• Prepare audit plans, samples and criteria prior to audits.
• Conduct evidence-based audits via interviews, document review and observations.
• Produce timely, accurate audit reports with observations and improvement actions.
• Upload audits and findings into Dalux and approved systems.
• Monitor corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Identify trends and systemic risks and report to the Compliance Manager.
• Liaise with Project Managers to arrange audits and share learnings.
• Present audit findings at site and regional meetings.
