The NHS is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator to enhance workplace safety and sustainability. This role involves hands-on support, coordination of health and safety processes, and collaboration across various functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Were on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator to join our Quality and Risk team and help us create a workplace thats not only safe and sustainable but great place to be. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines hands-on support, coordination of processes and collaborative energy across health, safety, environmental, and facilities functions.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (with some evening and weekends required for training delivery across sites and services)
Salary: £12.91 per hour
Youll play a key part in embedding our health and safety culture, advancing our environmental and sustainability goals, and keeping our work environment running smoothly and efficiently. The post requires the ability to link together a multitude of different elements within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
