WORK LOCATION: This is a remote, home-based role. Permanently working from home from any location in the UK.

The team operates in shifts, including weekends, to cover Amazon's 7-day operation. Please note, shift schedules are confirmed post-training, requiring flexibility.
The Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) team aims to make Amazon the safest online marketplace. CTPS safeguards financial transactions across all Amazon sites, ensuring transparency and trust through software systems, risk models, and operational processes.
