Job description

We are seeking caring, reliable and experienced Agency Care Assistants to join our team, supporting individuals either in their own homes or within care home environments within Warwickshire.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to older adults and vulnerable individuals
  • Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility and mealtime support
  • Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing at all times
  • Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
  • Work collaboratively with care staff and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and clear communication during each shift
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous care experience in a residential, nursing or community setting
  • Up-to-date mandatory care training (or willingness to refresh)
  • A respectful, compassionate and flexible approach
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Availability for a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
  • A driving licence and access to a car is preferred but not essential for community-based support
