Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status with primary/secondary teaching experience.
• Experience working with SEN students and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Educational leadership to develop a vision aligned with Polaris ethos.
• Safeguarding: act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and implement policies.
• Curriculum enhancement to meet diverse needs and prepare pupils for next steps.
• Pastoral care and SEN advocacy to support emotional wellbeing.
• Staff development and mentoring to foster collaboration.
• Community engagement with parents and external partners.
