Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Waiter at Bacchanalia London. The Head Waiter will oversee the dining experience, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the service team, coordinating with the kitchen staff, assisting with menu recommendations, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
• Basic knowledge of Cooking and preparation techniques
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service is an advantage
