We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/Waitress for the May Fair Kitchen at the 5-star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview

1. Join the team at the May Fair Kitchen as a Head Waiter/ess.
2. Support the Floor Manager to lead the service team, ensuring customer and host satisfaction in a motivated environment.
3. Be fully knowledgeable about all menu items and able to explain the dining concept to guests.
4. Accurately take orders, noting all allergens.
5. Understand timing of dishes and manage food orders accordingly.
6. Read the needs of tables to understand their service preferences.
7. Assist with cashing up and closing procedures, and rectify errors as needed.

About You

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within restaurant or hotel restaurant environments.
• Strong delegation and leadership skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure high standards of completion.
• Team-oriented with the ability to guide and support colleagues.
