Previous Head Receptionist experience and proven staff leadership are essential. You will oversee reservations, floor plans, and daily operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous Head/Senior Receptionist experience.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• Warm, hospitable personality with strong leadership.
• Able to manage and develop a reception team.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for reservations to optimise restaurant capacity.
• Review adherence to systems and make necessary corrections.
• Plan floor layout and allocate tasks for service requirements.
• Maintain guest databases with accurate records.
