Job summary

Avencia Talent Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced Workplace Operations Manager to join a prestigious international specialty insurer at its London headquarters. You will lead workplace operations, manage facilities teams and drive space planning and governance.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office), a salary up to £90,000 plus a 25% bonus, a premium benefits package and the chance to influence workplace strategy in a high-profile, complex corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in workplace operations, facilities management or corporate real estate.
• Experience leading teams and managing suppliers in a large, complex environment.
• Strong budgets/contract management and cost control.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace and facilities operations across a London headquarters.
• Manage and develop reception/front of house and workplace services teams.
• Oversee hard and soft FM services, supplier contracts and performance.
• Manage budgets, procurement and operating expenditure.
• Lead workplace improvements, refurbishments and space planning initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency, service excellence and employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, landlords and external partners.
• Ensure health and safety, compliance and resilience.
