Avencia Talent Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced Workplace Operations Manager to join a prestigious international specialty insurer at its London headquarters. You will lead workplace operations, manage facilities teams and drive space planning and governance.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office), a salary up to £90,000 plus a 25% bonus, a premium benefits package and the chance to influence workplace strategy in a high-profile, complex corporate environment.

• Significant experience in workplace operations, facilities management or corporate real estate.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead workplace and facilities operations across a prestigious London headquarters.
• Manage and develop teams across reception, front of house and workplace services.
• Oversee hard and soft FM services, supplier contracts and performance.
• Manage budgets, procurement and operational expenditure.
• Lead workplace improvements, office refurbishments and space planning initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency, service excellence and employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, landlords and external partners.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety, compliance and operational resilience.

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience in workplace operations, facilities management or corporate real estate.
• A background within a large, complex corporate environment, ideally financial or professional services.
• Proven team leadership and supplier management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budgets and contracts.
• Experience delivering workplace transformation and operational improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence senior leadership.
