Job summary

Boden Group seeks a Workplace Experience & Operations Lead to take ownership of workplace experience and operational delivery across a prestigious London portfolio. The role combines people, service delivery and building operations to ensure front-of-house and facilities run to an exceptional standard.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead teams and drive continuous improvement across the workplace, ensuring a hospitality mindset and FM rigor shape every aspect of the environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing workplace or FM operations within a corporate environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and managing teams.
• A genuine passion for customer service, hospitality and workplace experience.
• Good knowledge of FM service delivery, contractors, compliance and budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to balance operational priorities with delivering an outstanding workplace experience.
• Experience within a large corporate or regulated environment would be advantageous.
