Job summary

Sodexo, London, is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead a hospitality-led workplace experience at our global headquarters. You will unify reception, switchboard, mailroom, guest services and helpdesk into a cohesive team, delivering excellent service to employees and senior stakeholders.

The role requires senior leadership experience in hotels, premium guest services or integrated facilities management, plus outstanding communication and change leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in hotels, hospitality or premium workplace services.
• Proven leadership of multi-functional teams.
• Experience with senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and unite reception, switchboard, mailroom, guest services and helpdesk into a cohesive team.
• Deliver hospitality-driven, high-quality workplace experiences for employees, visitors and senior partners.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly to align priorities.
• Maintain SOPs and service standards, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
