A leading health insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Partnerships Manager to oversee and enhance operational management for Vitality Programme Partnerships. The role involves building relationships with Vitality partners, driving engagement, and leading operational initiatives. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of the Vitality product along with experience in account management. Building meaningful and memorable relationships, fronting day-to-day operational relationships and strategic reviews with key partners, and managing changes to partner propositions across internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Services)
Driving improved processes to enhance member experience and service performance; serving as the key interface to operational, governance, and servicing teams; ensuring partner brands are reflected correctly across all Vitality assets
Understanding internal / external issues, recommending solutions, and taking a broad perspective to solve complex problemsoften requiring innovative approaches
Acting as the business lead for partner-specific marketing campaigns, driving engagement and growth through strategic initiatives
Combining both day-to-day operational management and engagement optimisation, alongside operational innovation for all Vitality Programme Partnerships.
Includes responsibility for both the partners and the associated Vitality platform opportunities, while being the key interface to Vitalitys operational, governance and servicing teams.
Building relationships with all Vitality partners with responsibility for managing and controlling change, maintaining consistent messaging throughout the business both internally and externally.
The role includes UK partners but could develop into European relationships with the imminent expansion.
Manage and maintain the Vitality programme partnership framework working closely with the Sourcing team
Front day-to-day operational relationships and strategic reviews with key VP partners.
Assist the Director of Partnerships with implementation of launch items with specific focus on the introduction of new partners and initiatives
Management and drive to create improved processes for Vitality Partners to assist in both the Member experience and Customer Service performance levels
Ensuring all Vitality Partners brands are reflected correctly across all Vitality assets
Extensive knowledge of the Vitality product
Account management / Partner relationship experience
intermediate Microsoft office skills
Health insurance experience and SQL and Power BI experience desirable
