Job summary

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, seeks a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, designing a clear strategy for processes, data, reporting, and digital tools. You will partner with technology teams and regional directors to streamline end-to-end workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change, transformation, continuous improvement or operating model development within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Evidence of using process improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning or developing data, reporting or BI roadmaps, including data definitions and governance.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to define business requirements and system roadmaps.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps that connect processes, systems, data and colleague/customer experience to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term transformation agenda across Commercial Operations, creating a clear strategy for process improvement, data, reporting, and digital tools.
• Review end-to-end processes with technology teams to simplify ways of working and identify opportunities to reduce duplication and manual activity.
• Own the transformation roadmap and prioritise programmes around measurable business outcomes with readiness, communication and adoption Plans.
