Job summary

Anaplan Inc seeks a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead our enterprise-grade AI platform. You will drive the conversational AI, generative, and agentic AI roadmap while guiding a team of engineers and remaining hands-on to solve complex problems.

You will mentor, plan, and deliver features that enable natural language interactions with Anaplan models, build autonomous AI systems, and ensure seamless integration with core infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering leadership with hands-on delivery of AI features.
• Experience building production AI applications and scalable platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompts, and agentic AI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI engineers (5–8) and foster technical excellence.
• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery and model interaction in enterprise platforms.
• Oversee autonomous AI systems for data analysis, insights, and workflow execution.
• Own delivery roadmap and balance product priorities with technical trade-offs.
• Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead planning, design reviews, and retrospectives to maintain velocity.
