Job summary

Boots is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across Pharmacy and Opticians. You will translate business priorities into hiring plans, build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and drive sustainable recruitment solutions across stores and healthcare teams.

The role requires leadership in a complex, high-volume environment, with a focus on direct sourcing, inclusive campaigns, and workforce planning to ensure the right talent at the right time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce planning, talent pipelining or recruitment leadership.
• Strong leadership experience, with ability to build, lead and develop teams.
• Experience leading teams in complex, high-volume or specialist environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve healthcare recruitment strategy with proactive hiring plans.
• Lead and develop a team of 12 Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Anticipate talent risks and skills gaps with mitigation plans.
