Job summary

Boots is seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition leader to own recruitment delivery for Support Office, Qualified Healthcare and Retail sectors. You will lead TA Managers, shape workforce plans, and translate talent strategies into exceptional operational outcomes while upholding Boots’ employer brand.

You will drive performance, build relationships with senior leaders, champion innovation including AI-enabled recruitment, and ensure governance, data privacy, and budget discipline are applied

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven track record leading large-scale recruitment across complex organisations.
• Strong ability to translate workforce plans into delivery.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, talent mapping and pipelines.
• Proven use of data and market intelligence to drive decisions and performance.
• Experience managing budgets and external suppliers; governance and data privacy aware.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition delivery across multiple business areas.
• Develop and coach a high-performance TA team.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce needs into hiring solutions.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, prioritisation and performance management.
• Use data and market insights to monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Champion adoption of new technologies including AI-enabled recruitment solutions.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience and alignment with Boots employer brand.
• Oversee governance, budget, data privacy, and resilience for recruitment delivery.
