You will service, maintain and fault-find a range of fire and electronic security systems across commercial sites, delivering high-quality customer service and working to the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced in servicing fire and electronic security systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and deliver high service quality
• Experience across fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Attend reactive maintenance and fault calls
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs
• Service and maintain fire alarm systems
• Work on intruder alarm systems
• Service and maintain CCTV systems
• Maintain access control systems
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Liaise with customers professionally
• Manage workload and appointments
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard

The Role

As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing a range of fire and electronic security systems across commercial and customer sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Attending reactive maintenance and fault calls
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
• Servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
• Working on intruder alarm systems
• Servicing and maintaining CCTV systems
• Maintaining and fault-finding access control systems
• Completing service reports and technical documentation
• Liaising professionally with customers and site contacts
• Managing your own workload and appointments
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with experienced engineers from a Fire & Security, Electronic Security or Building Services background.

You may currently be working as a:

Fire & Security Engineer | Security Systems Engineer | Fire Alarm Engineer | Service Engineer | Security Engineer | Fire Alarm Service Engineer | CCTV Engineer | Intruder Alarm Engineer | Access Control Engineer

Experience across several of the following would be advantageous:

• Fire alarms
• Intruder alarms
• CCTV
• Access control
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Service and maintenance
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Reactive callouts

Relevant industry qualifications, manufacturer training or strong practical experience would be beneficial.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
