Job summary

A construction solutions provider in the UK seeks a Sales Manager to lead their scaffolding sales team. The ideal candidate will drive market growth through strategic planning and support for the Building and Infrastructure teams. Key qualifications include experience in the scaffolding sector and proven leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Proven knowledge of scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector.
  • PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Experience with account management of key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage/Lead scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plan to grow market share.
  • Support Building and Infrastructure teams to grow revenue in scaffolding applications.

Job description
  • Manage/Lead scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels, customer visits etc and other relevant KPI’s .
  • Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share withing scaffolding sector.
  • Support Building and Infrastructure formwork teams to grow revenue in all PERI UP scaffolding applications
  • Manage pipeline for target projects
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to implement and deliver the sales strategy
