Job summary

Lord Search & Selection is seeking a Head of Sales to drive the commercial growth across the UK for Passive Fire Protection. The role requires developing a national sales strategy, winning major opportunities and shaping the future direction of the business.

You will build senior client relationships with contractors, developers and public sector bodies, whilst guiding the team to convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leader with track record in Passive Fire Protection or similar sectors.
• Experience selling services such as fire stopping, compartmentation or fire doors.
• Strong relationships across the UK construction sector.
• Experience with Tier 1 or public sector clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen to drive strategic growth and new contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK commercial growth agenda and lead national sales strategy.
• Identify and secure major Passive Fire Protection opportunities and frameworks.
• Build partnerships with contractors, developers and public sector clients.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
